We host regular team meals out, day trips and and happy hours (even over Zoom). In the office our fridge is fully-stocked (with beer or juice, depending on your mood) – and our machine makes a stellar cup of coffee. See the whole city from the terrace of our bright, airy office, which sits in trendy Hoxton. Shoreditch and all its delights are within walking distance, and central London is a few tube stops away. We know you have a life outside work, and we want you to live it to the fullest. Our schedule leaves plenty of room for family, friends, passions and hobbies (the quirkier the better!). Oh, and we have two office dogs – just saying.
More good stuff...
We offer a market-competitive salary (subject to annual review) and discretionary bonus, including a referral bonus for new employees. You'll also get private health insurance, a pension plan (we use Aviva), Cycle2Work scheme, 33 days holiday (including public holidays) and flexible working.
We're a well-funded startup (lucky us!), and we want our employees to benefit from our success. That's why we offer EMI shares in Blink after a certain period of time. These are given at our discretion and can vary depending on seniority and role.
You'll have everything you need to do your best work from day 1, starting with a brand new MacBook (or PC if you're so inclined). Desk, chair, plant, notebook, pens or something else – just ask, and we'll take care of it.
We host two annual company trips to awesome places. Skiing in the French Alps, surfing in Bordeaux, soaking up the views in the South of Spain, and touring the Christmas markets in Germany are some of our recent favorites.
Developing your skillset should never stop. When you join Blink, we encourage this at every level. and have formal structures in place to help you grow. If there's a conference, course or training week you'd like to attend, we'll make it happen for you.
We don't just want you to be happy – we want you to feel healthy, physically and mentally. We run weekly yoga and HITT sessions for the entire team (yes, even during lockdown), and offer discounts to gym, massages and more.
